Srinagar, Nov 22 (KNO): Students appearing in annual regular exams of 11th at ‘Linton Hall School Rajbagh’ Saturday alleged insufficient proper seating arrangements set by the JKBOSE in the exam centre. The parents of such students alleged that their wards were forced to sit on the floor to write their examinations. One of the parents informed the news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO) that “My daughter is appearing in the 11th class exams and her examination centre is in Linton Hall School Rajbagh wherein the JKBOSE has set up two centres without knowing the intake capacity of the school.” He said, “For the students of Centre-A, JKBOSE has ensured proper seating facilities. However, for the Centre-B, many students are being forced to write the exam on cemented flood.” JKBOSE officials said, “We have set up proper seating arrangements for the students. The school has a good infrastructure and we didn’t find any infrastructure inadequacy in the examination centre set up at Linton Hall School Rajbagh.”—(KNO)
